- Vibe may be taken offline for maintenance at any time without prior notice.

- Vibe reserves the right to cease operations at any time without prior notice.

- Vibe does not guarantee the safety or security of users who invite the bot to their servers. Please ensure you understand how to setup and use Discord's role permissions before inviting it.

- Vibe reserves the right to deny access or usage of the bot to any user at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

Premium

- Premium access is granted to individual users only, not to the entire server.

- After subscribing to Premium, if you attempt to subscribe again using the same user account that already has Premium, it will not extend your subscription period.

- The duration of one month of Premium access is determined by Patreon’s billing cycle, not by us.

- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Data

- Vibe does not collect, modify, or store any files, images, videos, or voice recordings from the original source used for uploads that are forwarded to Discord.

- Vibe acts solely as an intermediary, transferring data from an approved provider to another destination. Vibe does not collect or alter any data during the transfer process.

- As an intermediary, Vibe cannot verify or view the content of any files being transferred.

- Since Vibe only facilitates data transfer between sources, it is not responsible for the content or nature of the data being transferred.

- Vibe cannot enforce restrictions on what data may or may not be transferred. Responsibility for such restrictions lies with the provider that originally allows file uploads.
